Jill Stuart Blush Blossom in 02 Sweet Mum, 03 Lady Amaryllis, 04 Seductive Rose, I hadn't been able to get the 05 Poetic Daisy as it was a limited edition. I have the 01 Sweet Pea in my other post so do check that out if haven't seen it already.A dual loose powder cheek color, I have been using alot of these lately, I know some of you aren't keen on loose powders but I rather much prefer these loose versions rather than the Jill Stuart mixed blush compacts as I also love the color shades so much.

They have really subtle shimmers in the pigments. The shimmer tint(left color)are usually lighter in tone and the blush glow ( right color) have a more deeper depth of color in tone. Each mirrored compact are supplied with a retractable blush brush.

Makeup swatches:
Sweet mum has a light orange tone with a soft pink shade. One of my favourtie selections. The subtle orange tone are different to most of their compacts rather than in the pink /red category.
Lady Amaryllis - The brightening red are very pretty in color. Gives a gorgeous flush to the cheeks.
Seductive Rose - This had been my first color choice but after trying the other two, this has become my third favourite as I felt the colors were more richer for my NC- 25/ shu uemura 763 sahde complexion.
Colors of this are much darker in tone as opposed to the other ones.The Jill Stuart makeup swatches was taken with a subtle camera flash,. As you could see, they provide a subtle glow finish.
Lastly.... the Blush Blossoms smell so lovely! Would also love to try the Poetic Daisy someday.

thanks for the swatches! I actually prefered the mixed compact blushes because they're easier to work with, for some unknown reason i can never learn to apply this loose powder blush :( how do you apply yours? and do you find them too glittery to work with (think it's the 'glow' side)?
I just put both of my blush blossoms (02 and 05) on swap/sale...lol

I would use the right shade on the apples of the cheeks and the other color near the cheekbones where it catches the light, I think the lighter color usually has more shimmers in them.
Just remember to tap off the excess powder because being loose based, the bristles of the brush collect alot of the powder in one go.
I dont find them to be too glowing at all. I think the colors really help lift up the complexion naturally and not everly done.

I am sure I am going to get 03 when I go to hk in dec! It's just so pretty!! Hmm but I don't really like JS brushes though... functional, but not easy to use
